One of the hippest bars in Kitzbühel, to be precise, where last-minute travellers can also recharge their batteries with a business lunch with weekly changing dishes. Why are we bringing legends back to life at Reisch? It all began with our great-grandfather Franz Reisch.
Franz Reisch is the true legend of the hotel, as well as an absolute role model for Kitzbühel. And he’s not alone in this, as there are many colourful personalities that Kitzbühel has birthed and who have achieved worldwide fame. We therefore thought: Why not dedicate a room to each of them? Over time, more and more legendary places and events were added, and now each room tells its own story. Check them out!

It all began when our great-grandfather Franz Reisch, as mayor of Kitzbühel, committed himself to promoting skiing in town. When he built our hotel in 1912, there weren’t many hotels in Tyrol, so Das Reisch has always been something special. We, Nina and Mike, are now the fourth generation to run Das Reisch. We’ve given the hotel a modern touch, but without losing sight of our roots. See for yourself!
